Refund Policy
1. Failed or refused generations — automatic
Every generation that errors, produces no asset, or is refused by our quality gates automatically returns its tokens to your balance. This is implemented in the platform itself, not a promise we process by hand.
2. Token packs
- Purchased token packs never expire.
- A pack that is substantially unused (90%+ of its tokens remaining) is refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
- Tokens already spent on delivered generations are consumed and not refundable, except as required by law.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- Cancel anytime in Billing — one click, no phone call. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep your plan benefits through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not claw back tokens you received.
- Partial-period (pro-rata) refunds are not provided unless required by the law of your place of residence.
- If a renewal charge was made in error (for example after you cancelled), tell us and we will reverse it.
4. EU & UK customers — 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately (tokens, plan benefits), we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins — that is the checkbox you tick at checkout, and we confirm it in your receipt. For subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund minus a proportionate amount for service already provided.
5. How to request a refund
Email foundry@jonathanarvay.com from your account email with the purchase date and (if you have it) the receipt from our payment processor. We answer within 2 business days. Approved card refunds are issued through the payment processor; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — nearly everything here is resolvable in one email, faster than a dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks (disputing tokens that were delivered and spent) may be suspended.
